Help us build the village
Kindred Village is currently in the design phase. We want to ensure our programs reflect the needs, strengths and experiences of the Sunbury community, particularly parents experiencing mental health challenges in the years following birth.
This survey is an opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences and ideas to help shape Kindred Village and the programs we develop. Responses will be reviewed by the Kindred Village founder and used to inform program design, identify community priorities and support future planning and funding applications. Responses may also be summarised to share key themes with potential community partners and funders, without identifying individual respondents.
Participation is voluntary, and you can skip any questions you don't wish to answer. Please avoid including identifying or sensitive personal information in your responses.
